Internship Overview
The OIST Research Internship Program offers a world-class scientific research experience at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University in Japan. This fully funded initiative targets high-achieving undergraduate and Master's students globally who are eager to expand their research portfolios within modern laboratories, receive direct mentorship from elite Principal Investigators (PIs), and potentially transition into OIST’s full PhD track.

- Daily Allowance: 2,400 JPY per working day to cover essential food and standard living expenses.

Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Standing: Open to students currently enrolled in the final two years of a Bachelor's degree, current Master's degree students, or recent graduates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Nationalities: Open worldwide with absolutely no country restrictions.
- Language Requirements: No formal English proficiency tests (such as IELTS or TOEFL) are required to apply.
- Intent: Ideal for individuals requiring solid laboratory research experience prior to pursuing a doctoral academic career.
