The Dubai Business Associates (DBA) Program 2026 is a fully funded 9-month professional development program based in Dubai, UAE. It is designed to bridge the gap between higher education and the professional world by bringing emerging global talent into Dubai-based companies. The program is run under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Participants gain hands-on consulting experience, attend masterclasses with CEOs and industry leaders, and receive specialized career training. Each associate is supported by both a career coach and a life coach. There is no application fee, and the program is fully funded.
